  To create a profile, simply fill in your basic details (name, contact, etc.), and add sections like education, work experience, certifications, and skills. You can edit your profile anytime from the **Profile** section to make updates as you grow in your career.

  If you face issues with any tool, first ensure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or restarting the tool. For technical issues like video/audio not working during an interview, ensure your microphone and camera are set up correctly and permissions are granted.

  No, the AI Interview cannot be paused or skipped. If interrupted, refresh the page to start the interview from the beginning. Ensure you are in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection for uninterrupted use.

  Select the relevant skills for the job you are applying for, and the Resume Builder tool will generate a tailored resume automatically. You can choose between an ATS-friendly format or a visual resume based on the job role.

  After failing an AI interview, you will have to wait for a cooldown period of 24–48 hours before retaking the interview. This allows you time to reflect on your performance and improve.
