  Record helps you build a verified skill identity by collecting your education, work experience, projects, certifications, and learning progress. You earn skill badges that prove your abilities and unlock job opportunities.

<Expandable title="How do I unlock the Jobs tab?">
  You need to complete your profile setup:

  * Add Education
  * Add Work Experience
  * Upload Certifications
  * Add Projects
  * Complete a YouTube Playlist
  * Earn 12 Skill Badges
  * Finish the AI Interview

  Once these are done, the Jobs tab unlocks automatically.

<Expandable title="Why are skill badges required for job applications?">
  Badges are verified proof of your skills. Recruiters filter candidates based on badges instead of text-based claims. You need **at least 2 matching badges** to apply for any job.

<Expandable title="How do I earn skills?">
  You can earn skills through:

  * AI skill assessments
  * Endorsements
  * Completing YouTube learning
  * Completing courses or certifications
  * Finishing projects and work experiences with mapped skills

<Expandable title="Why can’t I modify the resume template?">
  Resume templates cannot be edited manually.

  All resume details come **directly from your profile**, ensuring accuracy and standardization.

  If you want to change something, update your profile sections.

<Expandable title="My AI interview is not working, what should I do?">
  The AI interview requires:

  * Stable internet connection
  * Laptop device (mobile interviews are not supported)
  * Browser camera and mic permissions

  If the interview freezes:

  * **Do NOT refresh** (it will restart the interview from question 1)
  * Check your network and close background tabs

  Each job requires a minimum number of **verified skill badges**.

  If you do not have the required matching skills, Smart Apply will prevent you from applying until you upgrade your skill profile.

<Expandable title="Why is my YouTube playlist not converting to a course?">
  Check the following:

  * Playlist is public or unlisted
  * Videos are accessible
  * YouTube integration is active
  * Try reconnecting YouTube if syncing fails

  Go to **Profile Icon → Settings → Account**

  You can update your email, password, Google login, and other account details there.

<Expandable title="What happens when I delete my account?">
  Deleting your account is **permanent**.

  All your data, badges, resume, and interview history will be removed and cannot be recovered.

  Yes. Record uses encrypted systems and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your profile, documents, and interview recordings.

<Expandable title="Why is my profile score low even after filling sections?">
  Profile score improves when you:

  * Add skill-relevant items
  * Earn badges
  * Complete playlists
  * Take the AI interview
  * Add proof-based activities

  The stronger your proof of skill, the higher your score.
